Pitch Renovations Complete (posted Sat 20th May 2017)
Following a slight delay in undertaking the pitch renovations due to the very dry weather ground works were completed this week with 21 tonnes of sand applied, pitch verti drained and drill seeded. Our Groundsman, Darrell Bodimeade, has also undertaken additional seeding in the goal mouths and other keys areas of the pitch. Whilst not wishing for wet weather the recent showers and sunshine will help the pitch recover before pre-season starts.

Dickie who has successfully run the Reserve Team with Chris Juraszek is standing down from his position as Assistant Manager now that we have reached the end of the season. Dickie has been instrumental in the success of the Reserves and has had offers to manage at First Team level elsewhere which he is keen to do. Club News (posted Mon 24th Apr 2017)
After 8 years Mick Eldridge has made the difficult decision to stand down as Chairman of the club at the end of his current term. As many people will know, Mick has successfully battled a serious health condition over the last 2 years and believes, having come through this and with the club in a good position, now is the right time to take a couple of steps back from the front line. This decision has been accepted with some sadness by the Committee, but this is tempered by the knowledge that Mick will continue to be a larger than life character at the Club, albeit in a position that better matches his personal circumstances. The Committee, and no doubt everyone at the club, would like to place on record their deep appreciation for all Mick has done in the role. Hon Secretary

Congratulations to the "B" Team (posted Sat 22nd Apr 2017)
