Ryan Sturges (posted Sun 24th Dec 2017)
Many supporters will be aware that Ryan was taken ill during one of recent fixtures resulting in a hospital stay and a diagnosis that meant that he would be unable to play football for some months. It was good to see him yesterday at the Berkhamsted fixture looking well and feeling well and we hope to see him back playing for the Club in the not too distant future.

Changes to Reserve Management Team (posted Sun 24th Dec 2017)
We wish to advise that Phil Crawford, who has been assisting in the running of the Reserve Team this season, has decided to step down from his role and Ryan McMahon, who will be well known to supporters, is to replace Phil as Assistant to Manager, Chris Juraszek.

Ryan has been a player with the Club for 3 seasons and we are sure will do a good job in supporting and assisting Chris, both on and off the pitch, whilst he will also be good for the dressing room and encouraging the younger players.

In addition a new physio, Harry Dear, is also to become involved with the team on match days.

The Club would like to thank Phil for his input during his short stay with the Club and wish him every success in the future.

CAR PARKING (posted Mon 20th Nov 2017)
Pendley Sports Centre Limited
Date: 20th November 2017
An open letter to all Sports Clubs on the Pendley Site.
Dear Members,
As you will be aware all car parks on our site are jointly shared by all clubs and maintained by Pendley Sports Centre Ltd. Last season we received feedback that the main car park was in disrepair and the bay marking were poor. This resulted in poor parking and members being blocked in. Acting on your feedback, repairs were done to the main car park and new white lines were painted. This season however, the poor parking has increased and we are getting reports that cars are being blocked in on a more regular basis. This is not only on match days/evenings, but on training days as well. This is selfish parking.
Blocking cars in on the assumption that everyone is attending the same event is wrong.
When using the car park please ensure you only park in a marked parking bay.
We know parking is limited and we continue to discuss ways to address the problem, but the options available to us are limited. Club committees are asked to bring this to the attention of visiting clubs.
Yours faithfully
Mark Bullard
Secretary, Pendley Sports Centre Ltd
