Tring Corinthians 2-2 TAFC Reserve team

| Athletic secured a draw with our SSML Division 2 neighbours. We took the lead in the first few minutes when a deep Ryan Caterer cross from the right flew into the top corner. Corries grabbed an equalised direct from a free kick after half tme and then took the lead with a long range shot which deceived Keith Eldridge in the Tring goal. Last years Player of the Season Jack Thomson came to the rescue in the dying minutes with an outrageous strike from 50 yards. A good work out for the reserves with the opportunity to give run outs to new faces as well as some familiar ones. Radox man of the match was James Butler at the heart of the Tring defence. |
